Ahron Shulman Partner, President Mr. Shulman, President is the founder and majority shareholder of Special Assets Acquisitions, LLC. Mr. Shulman’s real estate career began in 1988. He has over twenty-five years of experience specializing in syndication, acquisition, development, rehabilitation and financing. As a real estate entrepreneur, Mr. Shulman has concentrated primarily on the conception and implementation of rehabilitation and renovation program for office/industrial properties. Successful projects in the medical/retail/residential market have also been undertaken. Mr. Shulman has been a resident for over fifteen years in the Peterson Park neighborhood on Chicago’s far north side. In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Shulman is active in neighborhood and community affairs. He is the past President Bais Yaakov Hebrew Parochial School in Chicago and is the current President of Camp Agudath Israel.
